Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activity and maintain accurate records
- Develop customized solutions for B2B clients across diverse industries
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales development workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated quota achievement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
