Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Develop customized solutions for clients across SaaS, manufacturing, and logistics verticals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ call activity metrics
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Expert proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities in high-volume transactional sales
- Ability to thrive in autonomous night shift schedule (8 PM - 5 AM CT, Sun-Thu)
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data-driven reporting tools
