Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Exceed monthly KPIs for calls, demos, and revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in IL and PA markets
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activity and pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation
- Attend weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently in night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Self-motivated with high earning potential mindset
- Authorization to work in the US
- Comfortable with remote/hybrid work model
