Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads generated by our marketing team.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects within our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Cross-sell and upsell solutions to existing clients to maximize revenue per account.
- Collaborate with the retention team to ensure high customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in real-time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B inside sales, outbound calling, or telemarketing.
- Experience working the night shift or willingness to work flexible evening hours.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for achievement and financial growth.
