Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, video, and digital channels
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our B2B solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate sales pipelines
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in quarterly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 6 PM - 2 PM CST
