Responsibilities
- Proactively qualify and convert inbound leads through personalized outreach
- Exceed monthly sales targets with strategic pipeline management

Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Availability to work 8 PM - 5 AM EST, Monday-Friday
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first collaborative environment
