Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels across NC and VA markets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly revenue targets
- Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, manage pipelines, and report on KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to position solutions effectively
- Consistently document sales activities and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (typically 6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
