Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities and qualify inbound leads.
- Manage a high volume of leads in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies to meet quarterly quotas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance metrics and receive coaching.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (experience in a high-volume call center is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
