Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Initiate contact with warm leads via phone and email to introduce our premium services.
- Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system.
- Follow-Up: Execute effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles and team meetings to share insights and strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in sales, B2B sales, or customer service preferred.
- Diploma: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
