Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Develop customized solutions and close deals with enterprise clients in SaaS and FinTech verticals
- Maintain 90%+ CRM accuracy while documenting all client interactions and pipeline stages
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic negotiation and value-based selling
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies
- Mentor junior team members during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with documented $500K+ annual achievement
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to navigate C-level decision-makers
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to pipeline management

- Availability for full-time night shift schedule including weekends
