Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads using CRM platforms
- Present tailored solutions to prospects and close deals with exceptional negotiation skills
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless handoffs and client continuity
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with persuasive closing ability
- Comfortable working independently on night shift schedule (7 PM - 4 AM CST)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
