Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic negotiation and closing techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Document sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong self-motivation and time management in remote setting
- Experience with objection handling and value-based selling
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
