Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM systems
- Present product solutions to potential customers via virtual meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently on night shift schedule
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
