Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads during night shift hours (11 PM - 8 AM CT)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in independent, night-shift environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
