Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy and activity documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless client handoffs and account continuity
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome objections using consultative selling techniques

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities in remote team settings
