Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions via virtual meetings
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 15%+ through strategic account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly team meetings and continuous training sessions
- Adhere to compliance protocols and ethical sales standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during night hours
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and opportunity forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in B2B sales within manufacturing or logistics industries a plus
