Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and virtual channels during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas for SaaS products and enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track metrics, and forecast sales
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain technical expertise
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in remote environments
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated with strong time management for night shift consistency
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
