Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close B2B deals through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Manage Salesforce pipeline with 100% data accuracy and activity compliance
- Develop personalized sales strategies for enterprise clients across 15 states
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Exceed monthly revenue targets (avg. $15K/month)
- Conduct product demonstrations via web conferencing platforms
- Document all client interactions in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in remote collaborative environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Available to work Monday-Friday 10 PM - 6 PM CST
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
