Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Present tailored product solutions to B2B clients using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels and campaign effectiveness
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to refine sales approaches and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities in B2B contexts
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in autonomous night shift environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data analysis tools
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client meetups)
