Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining accurate CRM records
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle technical objections with confidence
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with SaaS sales or technology products highly valued
