As a night shift sales rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our late-night clientele. You will utilize consultative selling techniques to convert leads into loyal customers while maintaining our high standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the daytime fulfillment team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and build rapport.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection (if working hybrid/remote).
