The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. We are looking for someone who is resilient, articulate, and ready to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections to close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Track daily activity and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and in a team setting.
