Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Nurture existing client relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of proven experience in B2B inside sales, sales development, or account management.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
