Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in CRM and provide weekly pipeline reports
- Participate in quarterly sales contests with prizes up to $10,000
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of achieving 110%+ of sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in enterprise-level deals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
