Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the San Diego market.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and networking to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and onboarding new accounts.
- Track all sales activities and forecast revenue accurately within our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of successful experience in B2B Outside Sales or Tele-sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
