Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email) to identify and qualify potential leads that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Engage & Consult: Conduct high-quality discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that drive value.
- Close Deals: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot, tracking all interactions and pipeline progress.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the sales leadership team.
- Client Retention: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure high retention rates and positive client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development (B2B experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of effective persuasion.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
