Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of leads within our CRM (Salesforce) system.
- Demonstrate our cutting-edge software solutions to prospective clients via Zoom and phone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target markets.
- Prepare accurate sales quotes, contracts, and proposals to close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and resilience in rejection.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment with strict deadlines.
