Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Manage and update customer information in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Present product demos and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Account Management preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outbound activity.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of success.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
