What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Conduct product presentations and needs analysis calls with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for local networking events (minimal).
