Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person sales meetings with commercial clients across Charlotte, NC and Georgia territories
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed quarterly revenue goals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms with business decision-makers
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads in assigned regions
- Provide weekly sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows across the Southeast
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with B2B solutions
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 60% across NC/GA territories
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
