- Close 15+ deals monthly using our proprietary CRM and sales scripts
- Leverage daily pay platform to access earnings immediately after each transaction
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead conversion strategies
- Participate in weekly revenue optimization workshops
- Maintain 100% compliance with federal and state sales regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with track record of exceeding quotas
- Proven ability to close deals in $5k-$25k price range
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in rejection handling
- Authorization to work in US with no visa sponsorship requirements
