Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through strategic outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system (Salesforce) to track progress and forecast revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
