Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client data, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals in a competitive market.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
