Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and present compelling product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Close deals by negotiating contracts and overcoming objections to secure long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
