Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Presentation & Consultation: Conduct product demonstrations and needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline to forecast revenue effectively.
- Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management software.
