Responsibilities
- Manage 50+ daily outbound calls to enterprise clients across New York and Northeast markets
- Qualify leads using Salesforce CRM and proprietary analytics tools
- Develop customized sales proposals demonstrating ROI for B2B solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close complex deals
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction
- Document all interactions in CRM with detailed call notes
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate C-level executives
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 8 AM EST) with flexibility
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
