The Role:
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting high-volume calls, and presenting our premium solutions to prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new leads.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls and emails to qualified prospects in the B2B sector.
- Present product demonstrations and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism.
- Utilize CRM software to track pipeline, activity, and close rates accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales or business development.
- Strong ability to communicate verbally and write persuasively.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
