Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Conduct high-volume phone calls and video meetings to present solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Strong ability to work independently and manage a complex pipeline.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality.
