Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Present our premium products/services to prospective clients, identifying their specific needs and pain points.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead qualification to closing the deal within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a resilient, positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to earn a high income through commission.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote collaboration.
