Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and purchasing intent.
- Present our premium services to potential clients, overcoming objections and building rapport.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Utilize CRM software to track activity, update records, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Attend weekly sales training sessions to refine skills and learn product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a drive for success.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
