Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs, determine budget and authority, and qualify leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Objection Handling: Address client concerns effectively and navigate the sales cycle to secure agreements.
- Closing Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine strategies and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
