Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers within target accounts.
- Present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and navigate complex sales objections.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
