Responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and convert leads into closed deals during night hours.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up communication.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory management.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized and professional at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail, preferably in a night shift capacity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
