Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion within assigned territory
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Utilize CRM systems to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun) for optimal client engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with consultative approach
