Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to B2B prospects via phone, email, and CRM
- Exceed monthly revenue targets in assigned territories (VA Beach & OH markets)
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Leverage Salesforce.com for pipeline management and reporting
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless handoffs
- Participate in quarterly incentive trips and team challenges
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work 8PM-5AM EST (Sun-Thu)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, results-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
