Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to qualified leads
- Conduct consultative product demonstrations and solution-based selling conversations
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Develop deep product knowledge to address technical client inquiries
- Participate in daily sales huddles and weekly strategy sessions
- Track performance metrics and pipeline management in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 1-3 years B2B sales experience (inside/outside sales accepted)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
