Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual to manage the full sales cycle for our B2B clients. You will be responsible for identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Present product demos and value propositions to prospective clients over the phone and video.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the sales management team.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
