Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify 15+ new B2B leads daily through targeted outreach campaigns
- Develop customized solution presentations for energy sector clients using Salesforce
- Close 3-5 new business deals monthly while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer onboarding
- Track sales metrics and pipeline activity using HubSpot CRM
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to optimize sales methodologies
- Represent the company at quarterly Houston tech networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or energy technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas (110%+ achievement)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex enterprise deals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical solutions clearly
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
