Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure new business deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B inside sales (2+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
