Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow your sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Client Engagement: Conduct needs assessments, present product demos, and handle objections to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Determination: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomy: Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in sales is highly valued.
